JMI Laboratories is a CLIA certified reference microbiology laboratory that supports the investigations of the microbiome. You can choose between whole genome sequencing to find the proportions of genes in a provided sample; 16S RNA genomics to sequence all the genes in a sample, whether it be bacterial, fungal, host, or viral; or shotgun metagenomics to provide an overview of the present organisms’ genomes.
